What is a Punch Card and How Do I Use It??
A punch card is a simple, visual way to track small actions that add up. Every time you complete one of the listed activities, you "punch" a box (with a hole puncher, a pen, whatever you'd like). When all 8 punches are filled, you'll give yourself a reward of your choosing. It's a great and gentle way to encourage healthy habits. There's no deadline, and no pressure.
I made this series of punch cards because I find that so many helpful tools go unused because physically making them is what tends to stop us. So these are ready to go!
Just print, punch, and let it be imperfect. They're designed to feel handmade, human, and approachable.
Each card has 8 punches. Long enough to build a rhythm, short enough to feel doable. You can print these out, keep them somewhere visible, or, if you don't have a printer, save them to your phone and mark them off digitally.
