Which means we don’t just talk about patterns; we interrupt them and build tools to support secure attachments.

Packages
Sessions are suggested to be scheduled once per week, however, they can be used at YOUR preffered pace (weekly, twice per week, or spaced over several months). We’ll choose a rhythm that supports both your availability and your growth.
Some clients like to continue our sessions after completing a package. For these clients, I also offer Drop-In / Flex Coaching, which works as a pay-per-session appointment style.
12 Session package
The primary package.
While any session style will create meaningful change, the 12-week container is recommended. Sustainable rewiring takes time. Attachment patterns are built over years. Giving yourself space to practice new tools, integrate insight, and embody change makes the work deeper and more lasting.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy diagnoses and treats mental health conditions. It often focuses on healing trauma, managing symptoms, and processing the past.
Coaching is growth-oriented and future-focused.
In integrative attachment coaching, we explore relational patterns, core wounds, and emotional habits; not to diagnose you, but to help you understand yourself and create change. It’s collaborative, action-based, and rooted in awareness and responsibility.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
If you’re navigating acute trauma, severe depression, addiction, or crisis, therapy with a licensed clinician is the appropriate level of care.
Many people choose both.
What does coaching with you look like?
My style of coaching evolves around reflective, and present based discussions.
First, we’ll uncover your core wounds. You may or may not be aware of them, but we all have wounds that are unconsciously leading our emotions, beliefs, actions, and thoughts. These show show in your relationships, your reactions, your overthinking, and overall in your daily life.
The we’ll explore your needs.
The ones you have learned to minimize.
The ones you might feel embarrassed to admit.
The ones that keep showing up anyway.
Then we look at the beliefs that formed around those wounds.

And instead of just talking about them, we find real evidence to challenge them.
We start communicating and reprogramming your subconscious by giving your nervous system new experiences. New proof. New choices.
Lastly, we work on your actions. Making your your responses align and support with you newly modeled beliefs and needs.
It’s an amazing and profound healing process that helps you go deep within yourself and discover so much that has been both hidden, yet quietly guiding you in the subconscious.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding you deeply enough that you can finally thrive, not just function.

While everyone’s experience is different, most clients walk away with greater clarity, stronger self-trust, and practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. We will focus on identifying core wounds, behavioral patterns, and overall use tools to work through and reprogram these.
Depending on your goals, that might look like improved confidence, better decision-making, healthier habits, or feeling more aligned with yourself. Coaching is a collaborative process, so the results are directly connected to the effort and consistency you bring to it.
Is coaching confidential?
Your privacy is extremely important to me. Everything you share in our coaching sessions is treated as private and confidential, and I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be open and honest.
While coaching is not legally protected by confidentiality laws in the same way therapy is, I uphold similar ethical standards. I will not share your information without your consent, unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
